Seattle based learning specialist with a focus on media creation & inclusion.
I’m a professional training specialist with over a decade of experience in eLearning, video production, and employee development. My work centers on creating engaging, effective learning experiences that support both individual growth and organizational success.
I bring a deep commitment to building inclusive workplace cultures, informed by more than four years of experience supporting and guiding employee communities. As a founding Chair of REI’s employee resource group for BIPOC staff, I led initiatives to foster connection, dialogue, and professional development—curating events, facilitating regular virtual sessions, and supporting engagement across the organization.
I believe meaningful work emerges from collaboration, diverse perspectives, and the freedom to bring authenticity into professional spaces. Whether leading projects independently or working across teams, I aim to create environments where ideas are valued and every voice is part of the conversation.
In my learning and development work, I specialize in using media to bring training content to life—crafting narratives that resonate and empower. I helped pioneer REI’s shift toward scalable, story-driven eLearning solutions, overseeing the full production lifecycle of digital courses designed for over 10,000 employees, from concept and design through launch, assessment, and iteration.
I’m passionate about the power of storytelling to educate, inspire, and connect. My goal is always the same: to create content that leaves a lasting impression.
